FDUSA is a structured as private association created for the playing of virtual educational games, through Digital accounts/people existing exclusively in cyber-space.
This association is open to any and all who request to play games available within the domicile of the FDU Steward Association. Upon entering by getting a account here, the Player receives and uses a Digital Soule (the Account) as a point of consciousness for inter-relating with other Soules within the digital association. The space within the association is called the game field.
Players may choose roles as Students, Teachers, Moderators, Mentors, Committee Members, and a myriad of other ever evolving Digital Titles; all are considered Stewards, and all are part/members of the whole (association).
For structural purposes, and as a example of how to have a sovereign community with governance rules that are non-invasive to our our natural state of free will sovereignty; The FDUSA is structured as federation of free and autonomous entities (sovereign digital accounts in FDUSA called Stewards) inter-relating in a private contract association, in cyber-space.
Stewards collectively are the entire volunteer participating staff of the University inclusive Administrators, Teachers, Moderators, Mentors, and Committee Members. Each individual member is recognized as a free and autonomous being who is acting in concert with other free beings to create a common consensus, and then acting upon it with policy implementation as appropriate. Structural by-laws are being prepared and will be posted when complete.
A working office for growing and organizing Departments, Committees, and other working groups requiring more advanced Management Tools, and office is being prepared for you at www.freedigitalsystem.com - this will be your Admin Building.As the community here evolves so may the governing system, needing to start somewhere we have chosen to begin the Process by assigning a Dean, Minister Paul Roy. Dean Roy has agreed to organize a Board of Regents to find Department Chairs willing to Steward the University Departments available here, and help them to build their Committees in a cooperative atmosphere.Each Department Chair will create, oversee, and choose a Board Committee to moderate their Department, starting with a definition of the Departments "scope" and "function.".
Some of the Chair positions have volunteers willing to step in should no one more passionate choose to claim them; if you would like to be a participant in some way please create a thread on your Profile Page telling us what your plan would be, and what role you would like to play; Teacher, Moderator, Committee Steward, Ambassador, Mentor, Editor, …. Feel Free to make something up! One of the Committees may even come to you and ask you to join their Committee Support Members.
Over the next week we’ll complete a basic governing board for discussing and implementing a working structure. Please bear with us, and feel free to jump in and join us in this collective process.
