Instructions on Learning Activities
There are eight learning activities embedded in this course: two learning activities per module. You may:
1. Utilise the discussion board (threads) to liase,liaise, communicate and discuss the learning activities with your peers.
2.Work in teams. Teams may be country-based or formed on any basis suitable to learners
3.Post your learning activities on the discussion board for peer review.

There are a few essay questions in this course. At the end of the course, you may write one essay from these questions. Please post it as a Thread on the Page where the question is asked.

Essay Questions
At the end of this course, you may should write an essay on any of the following:
- Is the Telecommunication Revolution taking place in the country that you live in? Analyse this in relation to the factors that contribute to the revolution and growth in the telecommunications sector.
- Critically discuss the rationale for regulating the ICT sector? What should be regulated and to what extent.
- Identify two international organizations (from ITU, World Bank, INF, or others listed herein) and critically discuss their impact on the development of ICT in your country.
- With specific reference to any country of your choice, please assess the role of ICT in community development and suggest charitable projects to address issues that can enhance use and access to technology.
