Legal Dept. CoursesThis is a featured page

All law comes down to one thing - Contract.

Due to our free will nature we have to agree to something in order for it to become a relevantbinding contract.

An agreement with someone, signed or not, creates acontract. When you walk into a restaurant and order food you sign no contract, but your actions created a contract, you ordered so you have to pay the monetary bill. If you agree to take someone out and don't show up or call, you have broken a contract (agreement), this payment is made in emotional guilt, or pain to the other person if they are not strong in mind or Self.

There are many ways a contract can come into existence, including non-action, doing nothing but staying silent.

All the classes and courses in this section in some way relate to legal contracts, either interepreting, creating, terminating, or identifying them.
