Who you are considered to be legally is a fiction, a concept or idea expressed as a NAME, a symbol. ThatThe legal yourepresentation of You has no consciousness; it is a juristic person, ens legis, a word and sound.
It is also your legal twin in a Collective Game called “commerce,” where sovereignty and natural laws are superimposed (on the Mind) with the dictates of a person or persons with fictional “Titles.”
You may “forget” your sovereignty as you identify with your fiction – your Souls Avatar in the virtual game called Life – but worry not as your Truth/nature is always at the source waiting to be remembered. The real ground upon which you have Standing, is always there, waiting to be reclaimed by the Mind.

Merriam-Webster's Dictionary of Law 1996 states in part:
"legal fiction: something assumed in law to be fact irrespective of the truth or accuracy of that assumption. —Fields V. Fairbanks North Star Borough, 818 P.2d 658(1991)."
According to the above definitions, who you are as a legal fiction operationally replaces who you are as a bio-spiritual being in relation to your sovereignty.This is a critical, this is the assumption/presumption that must be transcended by our minds if we wish to stay grounded in reality and truth.
Accepting another’s claim or assumption that we are anything but a Bio-Spiritual sovereign consciousness is where alignment of true bio-spiritual bodies is disturbed.
Your power, authority, and sovereignty are by presumption shifted from the bio-spiritual you to the legal fiction that re-presents you in law.
You are not presumed in law to be the authority, sovereign creditor, or owner of the legal you. The legal fiction “you” is presumed to be a co-trustee and a co-beneficiary of the cestui que trust – the collective fiction.
A “citizen of the United States” was created by/within the 14th Amendment as a corporate, civilly dead entity operating as a co-trustee of the PCT. The 14th Amendment upholds the debt of the USA and US Inc. in Section 4 of the Amendment, stating that the “debt shall not be questioned.” That is part of the terms and conditions of your co-trustee position. If you question the debt you are in violation of your own contractual obligations. You have made a "oath" to the fiction and are bound by the contract.

In the PCT Game, every citizen acts in a dual capacity: as co-trustee and co-beneficiary. This means that as a “citizen” you have on the one hand (as co-trustee) obligations and duties, such as the requirement to comply with all the system’s codes, rules, regulations, laws, statutes, and public policy, and on the other hand (wearing the hat of co-beneficiary) you can receive benefits, such as welfare, Social Security, and the like.
This is who you are legally, a fictional representation of your Bio-Spiritual Self that exists in the imaginary world of law as your NAME. Your NAME is a word devoid of consciousness, substance, inherent value, or access to sovereignty - it is like Snoopy - a Fiction. Herein lies the reason so many people feel as though they are living lives of quiet desperation. Who they are spiritually is out of alignment with who they are legally. Spiritually you are the free sovereign, legally you're a debtor responsible for the good of the whole at expnse to the self.
The legal re-presentation of you is necessarily how the law, governments, courts, corporations and all other fictions (legal people) do business with you, they must because they themselves are “fictional” and as such can never access Reality, where your living being is. The living you and the fictional governments and corporations live in different dimensions; one includes Winnie the Pooh and the other is made up of universally recognized elements. Non-Reality (fictions) as such can not interact directly with Reality; the physical you comprising life-force, mind, body and spirit, cannot be diminished by human fictions.
Ownership of your NAME in fiction is accomplished through certification and registration. When the NAME was put into paper form - the commercial version of You - is registered as the property of the State via a commercial document called a Birth Certificate. A certificate is evidence of ownership or indebtedness, Merriam Webster Dictionary 1998 defines certificate as |
cer-tif-i-cate, noun… 3) a document evidencing ownership or debt.-- Middle English certificat, from Middle French, from Medieval Latin ceruficatum.
Since the early 1960's, State governments—themselves specially created, juristic, corporate persons signified by all caps—have issued birth certificates to "persons" with legal fiction all-caps names. The birth certificate is the government’s self-created document of title for “property,” i.e. the deed to the juristic-name artificial person whose all-caps name “mirrors” your physical beings name.
This is all completely legal, it is however not lawful.

Here we need to stop and clearly comprehend the difference between what is legal and what is lawful (Reality/Nature – Fiction/Judgment).

Our Bio-Spiritual Self and all it’s parts are equally subject to natural laws, they exist within an operational dynamic of IS ness, this is considered lawful since it requires no interpretation. Even in the legal realm, which is a derivative of our Bio-Spiritual being, the controlling document called the organic Constitution references genuine law, that which is lawful. The present civil authorities and their courts use the word legal. There is a critical difference between the genuine law referenced in the organic Constitution and the legal interpretation of what is lawful that passes as law today. The following is quoted from “A Dictionary of Law” 1893:
Lawful/Private. In accordance with the law of the land; according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law. "Lawful" properly implies a thing conformable to or enjoined by law; "Legal,” a thing in the form or after the manner of law or binding by law. A writ or warrant issuing from any court, under color of law, is a "legal" process however defective.
Legal/Public. Latin legalis. Pertaining to the understanding, the exposition, the administration, the science and the practice of law: as, the legal profession, legal advice; legal blanks, newspaper. Implied or imputed in law.
"Legal" looks more to the letter [form/appearance], and "Lawful" to the spirit [substance/content], of the law. "Legal" is more appropriate for conformity to positive rules of law; "Lawful" for accord with ethical principle. "Legal" imports rather that the forms [appearances] of law are observed, that the proceeding is correct in method, that rules prescribed have been obeyed; "Lawful" that the right is actful in substance, that moral quality is secured. "Legal" is the antithesis of equitable, and the equivalent of constructive. 2 Abbott's Law Dic. 24.
Lawful matters are ethically enjoined in the law of the land—the law of the people—the law of life—and are actual in nature, not implied. This is why whatever true law was up-held by the organic Constitution has no bearing or authority in the present day legal courts. It is impossible for anyone in “authority” today to access, or even take cognizance of, true law since “authority” shifted from genuine law as it IS, to “law of necessity,” 12 USC 95. (How, where and when this authority shift took place will be examined in our History ofClass.)
From the above, it would appear that the meaning of the word “legal” is “color of law,” a term which Black’s Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, defines as:
Color of law. The appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right. Misuse of power, possessed by virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state, is action taken under “color of law.” Black’s Law Dictionary, Fifth Edition, page 241.
The result of all this is that legalism has usurped and engulfed the mind of man, that which is true law has been replaced with that which is legal/fictional. The good news is that the real you is not a fiction and therefore you have the capacity to remember your Self, to not be fooled. Remember the Truth, and it shall set you Free.
Conclusion
By definition it should be apparent that the Spiritual You, Mental You, and Physical You are all inherently sovereign by your very nature. Who and what you are in reality is sovereign and always will be, it is the nature and character of Soul.
The legal YOU however is not sovereign, and this creates the wonderful drama and quest for freedom all face when they play the Game of Life. It is through this fictional legal body that others may be able to usurp your natural rights if you agree to allow it.

If you mentally believe that you contracted for and are subject to all the rules, codes, and laws offered by a fiction (such as government) then by the law of wave-field interactions (see Video) you do make yourself subject to these rules. It's all a matter of perception, first your own perception and then those of the people who would assume to claim authority over you.
