Cyberspace Surrounding Universe

You have two types of "Fictional Bodies" (Not Bio-Spiritual/Natural) through which you may transfer and collect energy in existence - the Legal Body, and the Digital Body.

Both of these Bodies exist exclusively in imaginary realms, as imaginary accounts, created for purposes of moving the imaginary energy (whatever called) between two relative Points (Bodies) within a defined field, called a jurisdiction. Whereas the jurisdiction of your Legal Body is generally a Name or national identity from a particular nation to which your Physical Body was born, your Digital Fiction is anywhere you choose to create an account; it is global with almost infinite potential, think about it.

Your Digital Presence/Body is in essence pure, born with free potential to choose with whom in the world it will create a community, trade with, listen to - who your presence on-line will "Pay Attention" to by spending time, and energy - all based on Your Bio-Spiritual choices as the Digital Body "Controller."

You as a Controller are a Bio-Spiritual being, expressing your Self over the Internet with what we consider to be a Digital Body; it is your Transmitting Utility in the global transcendent realm of Cyberspace. This Body is created by agreements and contracts called "Terms".

Every account your create has different rules/terms (collectively being the laws of the forum) that define what your digital presences (body) can do with that particular account, this forum is called a jurisdiction. Form virtual worlds such as 2nd Life,to commercial accounts at eBay, the contractual agreement governing the digital bodies potential is based on jurisdiction - meaning where does authority to act come from, what is it's lineage to the Sovereign of the forum/jurisdiction?

What constitutes illegal actions is determined by the law forum. Since you have many accounts, in different jurisdictions through cyberspace, we define you Digital Body Collectively as: all your various digital accounts in cyberspace. Accounts may exist on the Public Internet, or on a Private Extranet, each of which is a single "derivative component" of your holistic Digital Body.

To determine all of the applicable jurisdictional rules applying to a digital component account, one must follow a line of authority back to a place of Sovereignty and Responsibility,where the buck stops & originates based upon the terms and conditions of that legal entity offering the Account.

For example, a digital account with a Church website acting for all humanity without prejudices, such as the Vatican might do, would be directly under the contract terms on the site offered by the Church since the Church answers directly to God as their Sovereign, that ends the jurisdictional line.

A British corporation on the other hand started by a Citizen of the Republic, inherently includes all the local,regional, federal and international rules (laws, codes, statutes, etc...), that collectively define the jurisdictional scope to which that account is subject.

Due to the number of countries, private contract law forum options (think Extra-net), and types of legal people (Charities, Trusts, Foundations, NGO's, Churches, Private Associations, Fraternal Brotherhoods, corporations, governments, etc...) available for use on the planet today in cyberspace - jurisdictional options are almost infinite. You can even create your own by private contract.

For purposes of the University, and the greater cyberspace Free Digital Universe (FDU) to which the university wiki is intended to serve, your Digital Body here is defined as a Sovereign Digital Soule, by intention, definition, and the posted contract terms.

A Sovereign Digital Soule exists as potential, the Soule expresses their potential in the co-created digital universal field through the use of a Avatar. The Avatar is exclusive to the jurisdiction of the FDU, by the terms agreed to by the User (called a "Controller") when they claimed their Soule, no living being (User or Controller) is to have any liability. Even the Soule has no liability, disputes between Avatars are resolved using the FDU Resolution Dispute and Tribunal Arbitration Process.

Uniquely, the terms of this contract recognize the living being acting as the "Controller" of the Soule and Avatar, as having inherent spiritual rights of free will sovereignty that are legally recognized by countries of the world via the International Bill of Human Rights, and other International legal contracts. In the User agreement, each person is expressly seen by the FDU Host, as a true Sovereign Living Soul.

Soule Body - Avatar: For our purposes, the Soule Body can best be conceived as a duality, consisting of unexpressed Source (potential Soule Body), and, Source expressed (Avatar). This Avatar is the particle or Point from which each Soule’s consciousness extends itself into the Game with infinite potential to create, or not create. No Soule in the Game is ever required to express (log-in) the potential of their Soule; they do so only by choice. When a Soule does choose to express them-self, either singularly or by interacting with others in the universe, then they are beyond the “potential” stage and have moved into the “Creative” stage.

For a Soule to "create" it must extend its consciousness into the Free Digital Universe (from the place of the void) and thereby animate one or more of the following bodies the Soule has at it’s disposal in the Game, using a Avatar.

There are four main (and many sub) bodies through which the Avatar exist, these are: the physical, mental, e-motional, and spiritual bodies. All the Four bodies are controlled by the same overarching consciousness that is the Avatar, the Soule itself cannot act so it uses it’s bodies by extending it’s consciousness through the Avatar.

As these bodies vibrate in the universe, they broadcast information waves which are translated into physical, mental, or e-motional experiences of the Avatar.

Physical Digitized Bodies: In the FDU each Avatar is provided a public and private “Physical Body”which allows others to “see and hear” whatever information their Avatar may wish to share.

The Public body allows non-avatars to remote view information created in the FDU by your Avatar in a public CyberMall. Your Private physical body allows for real time interactions of voice, video, and text communications between Avatars who are logged in to the system.

The physical body is generally defined in this universe as a set of information in the form of waves which have been translated by some mechanism (physical body, TV, computer) into pictures, sight and sound. It is the translation, others perceptions to be specific, which make up our physical (seen) bodies. In this Game the Player per se has no physical body that they can experience as "themselves" (because they are consciousness itself in information form,) however Players do have a physical body that can be perceived/seen by others. In this Game the physical body can be defined as “others perceptions of my Soule as expressed in light and sound.”

Mental Body: In this Game there are multiple levels, sub-bodies, and aspects of the Mental Body. The Mental Body is expressed in 7 of the 13 Dimensions, thereby making up more than half the available dimensions within the FDU.

The mental body is provided for the “communication and co-creative expression” of the Digital Soule, these functions have a wide range of possibilities. The FDU treats each mental body as a individuated projection of their Digital Soule, the mental body is the tool theAvatar Soule is using to experience creation from a point of individuated relativity. The spiritual Self can know itself but it cannot experience it’s Self, for that reason it must create derivative minds and bodies from which to experience the differing aspects of it’s Self.

Free Digital Cyberspace Universe

E-Motional Body: The E-motional body is the storehouse for “Life Force Points,” these Points are literally the number of energy units in “motion” (e=mc2) available for exchange amongst the Player Soules in the Universe. The amount of Energy collected by a Avatar in the FDU Game is reflected as Points in their Avatars E-motional Body.

Spiritual body: By the terms and agreements of this Game/Universe, our laws/physics have established a covenant between the Avatar expressing itself, and the Sovereign Digital Soule from which the Avatar derives, in this relationship the Sovereign Digital Soule cannot be diminished. In the jurisdiction of the unique FDU virtual reality, all liability for actions in the expressed universe end with the Avatar, no Soule has liability as they exist in a realm that is defined as unified consciousness, transcending the actions of individual (relative) Avatars playing the Game.
