corprespCorporate Associates willing to fund the charitable and humanitarian aspects of the FDU Project are critical.

Hand-outs, and a tin-cup are not enough; we must integrate business with humanity. Can you imagine if 50 + percent of eBay, Google, or Microsoft had been held from the get-go by a Charitable Association with a plan?

Some businesses need to serve humanity in balance with stock-holders; Corporate entities such as public utilities, banking institutions, and life services companies have a responsibility to serve their constituents in harmony with their share-holders,and the planetary eco-system.

Coordinating the critical efforts of corporate inclusion in the private FDU Project is done via the offices of the Free Digital Universe Management Association (FDUMA); the integrating Associate chairing this Corporate Integration is Global Digital Publishing.

Global Digital Publishing (GDP,) is the vanguard “Commercial Host” of the FDU Project, and was created out of Panama specifically to serve humanity by providing commercial opportunities to the FDU Avatars.

GDP serves Users "Digital Accounts/People" called Avatars whom are participating in FREE DIGITAL UNIVERSE (FDU,) a virtual world designed to help people and the planet respond to the exponential social and economic challenges of the Information Age. gdp1

GDP allows the Users Avatars to profit from playing the FDU game for activities such as sharing information, playing games, selling digital content they publish, posting pictures, music, videos, and creating blogs. They are provided a private account for receipt of their Avatars earnings and a common unencumbered currency that is exchangeable for real products, services, and other currencies.

Users whom have no address or credit card – will be able to enter the digital economy and begin to prosper from the Information Age. In the immediate years to come, those whom missed out on the prosperity and development of the Industrial Age will find fertile opportunity in the Information Age.

There are currently over 1.3 Billion people using the Internet, and the number is growing daily. Due to technological advances in wireless, satellite communications, cell phone access, and the falling price of a laptop, over the next decade it is expected that over 3.5 billion people will have access to the Internet.

Even in the poorest countries where people have no address, no water or power, they do have cell phones or computers in a growing number of locations because of charitable and humanitarian technology donations or outreach provided by One Laptop per Child,Inveneo orRoom to Read among others.

So many people coming on-line will create a very large group of FDU users and therefore many various profit centers for GDP to fund charities through. GDP has therefore created five (5) distinct Divisions, each of which constitutes its own profit center, maintains its own books, and is authorized to negotiate with alliance partners. The first Divisions to launch are: sharemybizlogo

Division 1) ShareMyBiz: marketing (Class A, Series 1)
Division 2) FreeBay: digital publishing for profit (Class A, Series 2)

Division plans for these aspects relevant to explaining the overall GDP integration with FDU (with GDP the economic engine of the Project) will be added to this Section. The ShareMyBiz (Marketing) and FreeBay (Publishing) Divisions launch the FDU economic model in phase 1, other Divisions will come on-line as appropriate to the growth of the FDU economy.

Based on the FDU Comparison to eBays model, one might expect the revenue for distribution to the Peace Portal Humanitarian Trust projects to be significant.

COMPARISON: eBay versus FDU (GDP) Models
eBayFDU / GDP Model
Users must supply a product if they wish to sell something. Many people, especially in developing countries, have nothing they can sell to enter the marketplace.
Users may sell other members digitally published products, their own items at auctions, or sell affiliate provided items from suppliers such as Amazon.
It is a minimum .35 cents to sell something at eBay, thereby keeping out all whom have no way to enter the digital economyUsers may sell their own, or others, products directly to those visiting their website without start-up, maintenance, or “other” charges. It is free for all to participate as a means to Enter the digital marketplace
Userscontract is a legal liability, with the account and all it's contents belonging to the eBay Corporation, andencumbered by the registration of the corporation in (in-corporated) the Secretary of States office. Users Contract is a Legal Asset with liability limited to their Avatars Digital Account. The natural rights of the living being are recognized in the User Agreement.
Users of the system work out the payment method; i.e. paypal, e-gold, check in the mail, etc…SMB handles all merchant, payment, and remuneration automatically, without fraud
You must be 18 years oldNo restriction
You must have a SSN, IN, or other personally identifying informationOnly an e-mail address is required
You must provide them with an address, many emerging markets have no address, credit card, or identificationNo address required, no identification, no credit card
Users are expected to resolve their own disputes, sometimes with the help of eBay staff, at expense to eBayThe FDU platform has a no-nonsense, speedy and fair dispute resolution process; additionally, since SMB suppliers are Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and other reliable vendors (as opposed to out-of-garage sellers) – we expect little to no fraud
eBay can access approx. 15% of the total Internet marketplace due to the above listed restrictionsBecause of “others” restrictions, SMB is the singular solution for over 58% of Internet Users; and has capacity to access 100% of both current and future Users whom come online
According to Forbes, eBay is worth $46 Billion. eBay said revenues for all of 2006 were between $5.7 billion and $5.9 billionYou guess what GDP will be worth in one year?

Company Summary GDP is a software development company implementing a proprietary global web-based commercial platform. Our platform integrates digital publishing with; affiliate marketing models, ledger-to-ledger financial transaction processing, a private communications portal, and product delivery platform. The result is that GDP software provides a turn-key solution to the complexity, risks, and costs in managing a on-line publishing or sales business by providing an integrated merchant processing system with a centralized digital catalog for promoting, creating demand, and marketing digital titles by authors and affiliates.

Practically speaking one might equate the GDP platform to that of E-Bay, we each allow people a place to offer something to others, our system is far superior because we take the necessary steps to ensure the integrity of a transaction once initiated. That is we ensure the parties are paid, that receipts or other data are delivered to the parties, that the product is delivered, and that disputes are resolved between parties should they arise. Additionally we offer an affiliate aspect to selling things that E-Bay does not, and we provide each User with a on-line turn-key business of their own.

GDP is a privately held, closed, Panamanian Corporation pursuant to Law thirty-two (32) of nineteen twenty-seven. Our Resident Agent is the law firm of GERLI & CO., with offices located at:

Social Need The Company is Designed to Full-fill:

GDP will empower many people in third world countries who do not have a credit card or bank account. GDP will free these users from restrictions presently encountered through e-commerce sites such as eBay. Due to the viral nature of the FDU system through which GDP users are paid, GDP expects to capture a great deal of the third world market.

GDP will empower a new market of users who will emerge from economically depressed countries where computer access is common, such as India, Brazil, and Russia. These users will be at a relative advantage over the users of developed countries because of the difference in cost of living as reflected in currency exchange rates.

“Africa does need debt relief from its crushing international debt burden. But aid and debt relief can only go so far. We are asking for the opportunity to compete, to sell our goods in global markets; in short we want to trade our way out of poverty.~ Pres. Yoweri Musuveni of Uganda

“To address poverty, economic growth is not a option: it is a necessity.” ~ Mahbub Haq, former VP of the World Bank

“The powerlessness we feel is not a sign of personal failings, but reflects the incapacities of our institutions. We need to reconstruct those we have, or create new ones, for globalization is not incidental to our lives; it is the way we live now.” ~ Anthony Giddens

“Adjustment is the necessary first step on the road to sustainable, poverty reducing growth. Even incomplete adjustment can put countries back on the road to development.” ~ International Bank for Reconstruction & Development -1994

GDP was designed to be part of the solution for the very obvious dramatic problems facing our world today. We have a excellent opportunity to become a significant player in the globalized economy by integrating a wealth of services to these emerging markets while also meeting current market User needs by combining Anonymity, Social Networking, and Affiliate Marketing.

The growing demand for digital wealth, as opposed to wealth based on substance, will increase worldwide, creating a new global economy on the Internet.
