The Peace Portal Humanitarian Trust

The Peace Portal Humanitarian Trust (PPHT) was created when Global Digital Publishing granted Fifty-three Percent (53%) [*originally only 10%] of the company shares to vest the Trust for purposes of funding Peace Portal Projects, and other pre-established organizations. The PPHT is also able to receive supported by other for-profit entities participating in FDU, non-profit Foundations, or 501 C3's.

olpc_60min.jpg Purpose of Trust: Support the continued work of the organizations listed as co-beneficiaries in the long-term goal of constructing local, regional, and global sustainable development plans which leverage and reflect the potentials of the Information Age technologies now at our disposal.

Emphasis is placed on peer-to-peer networks, ICT placements, OLPC type computers, educational curriculum, health care, and sustainable local food security.

Beneficiaries’ have been chosen for their long term ability to integrate sustainable development through collaboration amongst the various multi-disciplined sectors, institutions, participating stakeholders, and effected individuals participating in, or effected by, the good works of the Trust.

Smaller and new organizations are funded in compliment to larger organizations through the greater FDU Game. Smaller organizations can participate as Soule Families, each of which is automatically funded by use of their Affinity Members Avatar.

Each new Avatar Soule entering the FDU Game chooses a charitable "Soule Family" from which their unique Avatar Soule derives. As a Avatar increases in Life Force Points from actions in FDU, a part is donated to a charity associated with their Soule Family. In this way, each Player Soule automatically helps to fund charities of interest to each unique Player.

Global Digital Publishing (GDP) is a for-prfit company in the FDUMA providing the Digital Publishing and Distribution applications to the Player Soules in the FDU, they support the NPO groups by donating to a "Soule Family" each time a digital product is sold.

Individual charities participating as Soule Families agree to work together with the Management Association (FDUMA) so that projects started in areas of need can be assured that all necessary industry sectors required to complete any given project can be accessed through this network. If a tree project is being implemented then there must also be water, power, waste recycling, etc..., one thing always leads to another because we live in a holistic eco-system tied to a inter-dependent global economy.

Our unique solution to these challenges includes marrying a virtual Game with a Information Age economic model that funds a variety of humanitarian groups over a wide geographic spread, thereby increasing the overall power and effectiveness of each individual group in a unified enterprise community.

Concept Primary Goal:
To identify, develop, implement, and sustain promising practices that address the core of the issue - the Industrial Age Economic Model - with innovative and multidisciplinary approaches to reduce persistent poverty.

Working with Peace Portal platform partners, and independent Project Partners, our "Sustainability Council" has been empowered to identify critical issues, seize special opportunities, research issues to determine future program directions, and promote cross funding of projects.

Creating pathways to economic security, self-sufficiency and sustainability is crucial for everyone, most especially young people who are inheriting a world struggling to find a balance.
