Although ShareMyBiz is a Division of a for-profit private panamanian company, Fifty-three (53%) percent of the shares were donated to the Peace Portal Humanitarian Trust for ensuring humanitarian and environmental issues are addressed in a cooperative and holistic manner.

ShareMyBiz (SMB) is the marketing division of Global Digital Publishing (GDP,) the integrating “Commercial Host” of a unique virtual reality where players earn, trade, and create real goods and services.

SMB serves Users in the FREE DIGITAL UNIVERSE (FDU,) a virtual world designed to help people and the planet respond to the exponential social and economic challenges ofthe Information Age, by rewarding the Users for playing.

Most people "Pay to Play," and the games are violent in nature. We offer something entirely different, as does the entire FDU concept.

TheFDU is designed as a non-violent (3D optional) Virtual World that serves as a Charitable Fundraiser, social forum, and personal wealth empowerment tool for thriving in the Information Age.

Game parameters (programming) are based on universal (natural) laws of creation. The wholistic design is intended toproduce an Information Age commerce system that will result in greater wealth and freedom for everyone, eventhose living in emerging countries, while also responding to ever-growing pressures on our natural environment.

As the billions who live om under $2.00 a day develop out of poverty they will need a mechanism for creating wealth that does not require more natural reosurces from their local eco-systems.

They will need Digital (Information Age) options, such as shooting a animal video instead of a animal for his skin, and selling the video using a global affiliate system provided by SMB. They need Information Age jobs and opportunities for self-employment; beyond that a viable currency is needed that has universal transparency and utility.

SMB was designed to be the marketing component of the FDU, and was hired as a Vendor by the FDU Game Director (Worldwide Developers Foundation), all revenue earned by SMB is paid by the Foundation as a result of public sales marketed by SMB on behalf of the Players in the FDU Game, via their Players Cybermall (sample under development).
